Both fenbendazole and ivermectin are metabolized by the liver. Case reports document elevated liver enzymes (ALT, AST) and potential liver injury, particularly with fenbendazole.
MUST NOT be taken with SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAO inhibitors due to severe serotonin syndrome risk. Also contraindicated in G6PD deficiency.
DO NOT combine Ivermectin and Fenbendazole without medical supervision. Both are metabolized by the liver and combining them may increase hepatotoxicity risk.
